Jovanka Adzic holds a master’s degree in Informatics & Telecommunications (Politecnico of Turin, Italy, 1997), a degree in Computer Science with Specialization in Data Management (University
of Turin, Italy, 1996) and a Degree in Political Science with Specialization in International Politics and International Law (University of Belgrade, Serbia, 1986). In the last two decades she has been involved, as a technical and project leader, in many applied research projects related to Data Warehousing, Data Mining and Analysis, Recommender Systems, User Profiling in the domain
of network management and customer relations management. In recent years she has been particularly involved in research related to converged and connected media services technology.
