David Jiménez, José Manuel Menéndez
José Manuel Menéndez is a Professor of Telecommunications Engineering in the Signals, Systems and Radio Communications Department of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), has been Director of the Visual Telecommunications Application Group (GATV) since 2004, and Director
of the Spanish Radio and Television Corporation (RTVE) Chair at UPM since January 2015.
David Jiménez Bermejo is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics of UPM’s Telecommunications Engineering Faculty. He is a member of the NEM Initiative, in which he collaborates on creating the European research and innovation agenda in media, and is director of communications of the Spanish Section of the IEEE.
