The Universidad de Almería and the Vélez Blanco City Council are the organizers of the tenth summer course and the 10th Festival Música Renacentista y Barroca de Vélez Blanco (International Renaissance and Baroque Music Festival). The evening concerts which make up the Tenth Festival Internacional de Música Renacentista y Barroca de Vélez Blanco were staged at Renaissance stages in Vélez Blanco and featured a number of national and international ensembles and orchestras, with a musical programme ranging from the 16th to 19th centuries.
